Cancellation terms may vary depending on the experience, transportation service, restaurant, private provider, date, and group size. Specific cancellation conditions are confirmed before booking.

Private Services

Private experiences, transportation, chefs, events, VIP services, and custom itineraries may require deposits or advance payment. Some deposits may be non-refundable once providers are confirmed.

Weather Or Operational Changes

Outdoor experiences may be affected by weather, sea conditions, provider decisions, or safety considerations. When possible, we will help coordinate alternatives, rescheduling, or provider-approved solutions.

No-Shows And Late Arrivals

Guests who do not arrive at the agreed time or location may be considered a no-show. No-show conditions depend on the provider and service booked.
